The Taxenbacher Kitzlochklamm is one of the most beautiful gorges in the Austrian Alps, located in the middle of the Salzburg region. For many thousands of years, rain and meltwater created an impressive natural spectacle on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park, the largest protected area in Central Europe.
