Start at the trail parking lot Pfaffenstein, then entry into the Pfaffenstein through the bottleneck is recommended in my estimation, if you want to start energetic - because it starts right athletic active demanding with neat slope and great impressions / bottlenecks. When the higher level is reached, rewarding the great view and from there it is easier in the higher level to move forward.
