Enniskillen Conservation Area is a beautiful, wooded area with a quiet network of forested trails that are a mix of boardwalks and shaded paths through cedar swamp and tall mixed hardwoods. The 5.5-kilometre trail system loops past two ponds and follows stretches of Bowmanville Creek, with interpretive signs and glimpses of the old Moorey Grist Mill site. It’s a peaceful spot with picnic shelters, restrooms, and a lovely pollinator garden near the main entrance.
