Birds Hill Provincial Park spans nearly 3,400 hectares, and is a sprawling landscape of mixed prairie, forest, and lakeside scenery. The park features an extensive network of trails for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding, as well as a popular sandy beach on Birds Hill Lake. Known for hosting the annual Winnipeg Folk Festival, it offers a fantastic mix of recreation, wildlife viewing, and community events throughout the year.
