The Studeni Potok stream in the village of Umoljani in Bjelašnica is a natural gem in Bosnia and Herzegovina. An interesting legend is connected to its origin, which is why many people visit it. Legend says that a dragon with the body of a snake flew out of the Rakitnica Gorge and snaked its way to Umoljani, intending to attack the inhabitants. They fled to a nearby hill and prayed to God for salvation. Their prayers were answered, and the dragon remained petrified on the hill above the valley.
The shortest route to the stream leads through Gradina, a shepherd settlement above Umoljan. After climbing the hill above the spring, a view of the valley opens up, cut through by a curved channel filled with cold mountain water.
