A Dino forest experience for young and old on the Bückeberg
Embark on an exciting journey through time from here and now into the Lower Cretaceous and experience 140 million year old, fossilized traces of dinosaurs.
The scenic Bückeberg near Stadthagen with its large, enclosed forest area is part of the Weserbergland Nature Park and extremely popular with nature lovers. In the middle of the forest are the old sandstone buildings of the quarry, which today are used as a youth education and leisure center (JBF-Centrum).
