The Perucca Vuillermoz refuge, located in the wild Cignana valley, at 2909 m. above sea level, was built in the early 90s and inaugurated in 1994, in memory of Piergiorgio Perucca and Corrado Vuillermoz, who fell on the Liskamm together with four other companions on September 17, 1985.
With 25-30 beds in a single dormitory, it is an excellent destination both for those who simply want to enjoy the wonderful environment of the lakes and surrounding mountains, and for those who want to try some more or less long and challenging climbs!!
