Not quite at the highest point, but still on the summit plateau, is the beautiful miner's lamp. The 30 meter oversized landmark, painted bright red, was designed by Otto Piene (1928-2014), presented at the turn of the millennium and finally built in 2007 with great private commitment and the support of some investors. Really a nice view and the way there is easy to walk and not a problem even with a stroller.
For mountain bikers there is a special path that leads up and takes you through the terrain in a slightly more challenging way.
