The church complex fits into the surrounding landscape picturesquely: the temple stands on the steep bank of the Uvod so that the northern wall of the fence with corner towers practically hangs over the edge of the cliff. Between the holy (southern) gates and the southwestern tower there is a built-in stone gatehouse. The bell tower and the high cube of the main temple are clearly visible from afar and from various sides, which is not obstructed by either the fence or trees. The architecture of the temple is typical of Russian classicism of the early 19th century. Elements inherent in the Suzdal architecture of the 17th - 18th centuries fit well into the architectural style of the temple.
