The Groninger Forum is a spectacular building on the Nieuwe Markt, behind the Grote Markt, with exhibitions, films, events, talk shows, the library, cafes, tourist information & shop and Storyworld, the new Dutch museum for comics, animation and games. On the top floor there is a café-restaurant, a roof terrace with a roof cinema and a fantastic view over the city.
