Dune lake 't Wed is a lovely swimming spot. The beach is also a nice playground and there is a toilet building.

The dead trees at the top of the sand hill are petrified oaks. They are dried out because there is no vegetation on the sand. This means that the soil cannot retain water for the trees. Because the roots of the trees are so deep, they remain upright and petrify over time.

Duinmeer 't Wed is a wonderful seaside resort. The beach is also a nice playground and there is a sanitary block.
