From Venice take the vaporetto line 12 from Fondamenta Nove. Best combined with a visit to Murano.

A magical place, where you can spend days in a place as fantastic as it is, it seems straight out of a cartoon, and it is precisely this characteristic that makes it one of the most "colorful" and visited places. You can get there very easily by taking a vaporetto. which from Venice will take you to Burano in about 50min.
