The point of interest Parish Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe is located in the parish of União das freguesias de Nossa Senhora da Tourega and Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe in the municipality of Évora and in the district of Évora.
Religious architecture, mannerist. Parish church with distinctly rural characteristics: single nave, narthex (disappeared) and sacristy.
Longitudinal, composite plan, with single nave and sacristy; vertically articulated volumes, with some alternation provided by the bell tower and the annexed buildings. Gabled roof. Main façade facing S. Side façades supported by buttresses, regular fenestration, provided by windows with straight panels. INTERIOR: space divided into three sections, with a chancel, with a very high ceiling; The nave's barrel vaulted roof is covered with mural paintings depicting figures of saints, arranged in round and quadrangular panels. The main attraction of the main chapel, with a quadrangular floor plan, is the "fake altarpiece" of the altar, depicting scenes from the life of the Virgin of Guadalupe; the barrel vaulted roof is also covered with mural paintings. The sacristy, with a rectangular floor plan and a half-barrel vaulted roof, is entirely covered with mural paintings (ceiling and elevations).
