- Viewing point

- accessible via the "Geological Path from Grunbach to Winnenden" or "blue bar"

- this viewing platform was presented by the Swabian Alb Association on the occasion of the 800th anniversary of the city of Winnenden (as a "small" replacement for the observation tower that was not built (1909))

- a stone bench of the Swabian Alb Association has stood here since 1993 in honor of "Karl Mast"
- Karl Mast was, among other things, headmaster of what is now the Geschwister-Scholl-Realschule and very active in the Swabian Alb Association. With the support of Frieder Ellwanger (Honorary Chairman (OG Winnenden) of the Swabian Alb Association), he built the "Geological Nature Trail" in 1981.
