This Wingertshaus “An der Kelter” has a total of four stone blocks that are over 30 million years old and if you look closely you can also see the oysters and mussel shells in them, because they are solidified sea sand. Anyone who spends longer on this slope or the "basin" behind the motorway bridge (AZ-Weinheim) will find even more such specimens along the way. Fascinating!!

This beautiful Wingertshaus was handed over to the Alzey Old Town Association in 2008. It offers a lot of space, also suitable for larger groups. It is a wonderful hiking and mountain biking highlight
