The Saint-Guénolé church, in pure Breton Gothic style, and its imposing lantern tower dominates the salt marshes. Inside, you will discover real works of art including the famous statue of Our Lady of the Precious Blood, enthroned to the left of the choir, or the stained glass windows recounting the highlights of the religious history of Batz-sur-Mer.

A magnificent building overlooking the peninsula, the Saint-Guénolé church tower was built in the 17th century. From its height of 70 m, it offers a breathtaking view of the ocean and the salt marshes, the most beautiful panorama in the region.
The baluster terrace is accessible by an internal spiral staircase of 184 steps. On a clear day, you can observe the islands of Noirmoutier and Belle-Île-en-Mer (info: ot-batzsurmer.fr/tour-saint-guenole.html )
