The 'flag with squares' that can be seen in the work is a Wiphala flag, a symbol of the indigenous people of the central Andes and the Bolivian Amazon rainforest.
I consulted Wikipedia:
The symbol consists of seven by seven squares in seven colours, with each square having the colour of the plane that is on the top left or bottom right. The colour of the longest diagonal line (seven squares) determines which of the four suyus (regions) the flag symbolises: white for Collasuyu, yellow for Kuntisuyu, red for Cinchaysuyu and green for Antisuyu.
The flag here therefore appears to be that of the Kuntisuyu region.
There is also an alternative pattern for the wiphala of Antinsuyu. The rebel movement of Túpac Katari also had its own wiphala. The meaning of the colors is as follows:
* red: earth and the people of the Andes
* orange: community and culture
* yellow: energy
* white: time
* green: natural resources
* blue: heaven
* purple: Andean governance and self-determination
Bolivian President Evo Morales proposed incorporating elements of the Wiphala into the Bolivian flag.

New work (April 2024), commissioned by Wallin' in the context of the Bike Parade, a massive bicycle parade that took place on June 19, 2024 as the highlight of the Velo-festival that tied in with the International Cycling Congress Velo-city.
The artist, Dake25, calls it "a traveller riding a bike 🚴🏽‍♂️ with his Wiphala flag and his whole universe and details…"
Dake25 (Dakedoscinco) is a Belgian-Chilean artist who has been active in the graffiti scene since the early 2000s. His career began in the streets of Valparaiso, Chile, before moving on to television advertising. Like many others, it took a few years before Dake25 took the plunge and devoted himself full-time to his passion: painting. He travelled around and settled in Bergen, Norway for 4 years, where he perfected his art through workshops, exhibitions and installations.
He draws inspiration from his origins, Belgium and Chile (hence the Wiphala flag), French and Spanish. He brings these two cultures together in his works. This multiculturalism, which naturally flows from his personal history, is experienced as an aesthetic and human asset, which is easily felt in his projects where colour, composition and the subjects treated intertwine endlessly, in a surreal universe.
