Here, a piece of Dresden's port history shines in new splendor: The former steam-powered loading crane in Neustadt Harbor has been completely restored and now glows blue. It even houses a small café serving freshly baked "Baumstriezel" pastries and creamy soft ice cream.

Very passable, but definitely not a passage to increase the average speed. Many pedestrians are also on the way to the city beach, so be careful, as the Elbe cycle path is not always clearly visible.
