‘Scituate Light’ is a historic lighthouse on Cedar Point in Scituate, built in 1811. The lighthouse was in operation until 1860 and then gradually fell into disrepair. It was purchased by the city of Scituate in the early 20th century and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. The lighthouse was put back into operation and has been visible as a private navigation aid since 1994. scituatehistoricalsociety.org/historic_property/scituate-lighthouse nsrwa.org/listing/scituate-lighthouse
