The beach is guarded and is ideal for relaxing. There are enough parking spaces available. The proximity to the Belmont Park theme park, the Mission Bay Walk, the opportunity to play volleyball make the beach and surrounding area very interesting for further walks and other sporting activities

Mission Beach is a neighborhood of San Diego with many cafes and restaurants and the beautiful Mission Beach of the same name. The beach is good for surfing, swimming and sunbathing. The parks are a great place to relax. In the area it is possible to practice many different sports: kayaking, sailing, stand-up paddling, surfing, volleyball, jogging, running, hiking, cycling and many more. The small amusement park Belmond Park offers the youngsters variety. The park includes an old wooden roller coaster from 1925.
