The market square is located at the intersection of the main traffic axes that were built in the 16th century.
In Eppingen, the highlights are close together. Here at the market square you can see the town hall, the old post office with the double gable (1515/1588) and a unique insight into the stylistic change of Franconian half-timbering, the baroque half-timbered house "Cafe Schäfer" with a French mansard roof and many other buildings worth seeing.
The English telephone booth and the bookshop with an extremely competent and friendly owner are, in my opinion, also worth mentioning.
