The Lötschberg summit tunnel will be renovated from December 2018 to the end of 2024.
This has the following effects on the timetable: Hohtenn will only be served every two hours instead of every hour. Two fewer trains will run from Eggerberg in the morning towards Brig–Domodossola. Lalden will not be served. Bus connections from "Lalden, Dorf".
