QR codes are attached to all 14 information pillars on the Auen Adventure Trail and to selected objects in the environmental education center. This allows a wealth of information to be accessed on the natural and cultural-historical features of the nature reserve.

Adventure trail "Outside in the river"
At 14 stations over a distance of around 2 km in the immediate vicinity of the Guntershausen estate, visitors can experience the Kühkopf nature directly and learn interesting things on site. There are texts and QR codes on the steles. To use the QR codes, an app is required, which can be downloaded free of charge. The outdoor educational trail takes up topics that are also addressed in the exhibitions at the environmental education center. The different levels of information are thus interwoven with one another. "Outside in the river" is largely barrier-free and can also be accessed with a wheelchair, but part of the adventure trail can only be accessed on foot and is not accessible by car.

- use your smartphone to explore Hesse's largest nature reserve. A journey of discovery using QR codes leads along an adventure trail lasting less than an hour through the unique river floodplain landscape. Further information can also be found in the exhibitions of the environmental education center at Hofgut Guntershausen.
