As you continue towards the old town you will pass directly by the main entrance to the castle. Here you should plan enough time to explore the castle where Countess Palatine Dorothea Maria, who you already know, lived. At that time the castle was not yet in ruins. You can see what it used to look like on the large boards in the staircase.
