Fajã dos Cardos is part of the parish of Curral das Freiras, in the southern part of the island of Madeira. It is a small place with little to offer other than the fact that it is the ideal starting point for trails 1.3 (towards Pico Ruivo) and 2 (towards Lombo do Urzal).
