I think the "green" market is especially nice and interesting.
In addition to a few stalls, which are open daily, regional fruit and vegetable growers offer their goods here. Whether classic asparagus or Demeter rarities, here you will find (almost) everything in very good quality! Against the small hunger in between, there are of course also remedy: in my opinion, there is the best bratwurst in Würzburg!
Opening hours of the green market (from wuerzburger-markt.de/gruener-markt.html):
Tuesday from 07:00 - 18:00
Wednesday from 07:00 to 15:00
Friday from 07:00 to 18:00
Saturday from 07:00 to 16:00
Except for events and holidays!
The fixed market stalls on the Würzburg market are open daily all year round.

There is the upper and lower market. The upper market offers nice cafes. On the lower market you get from Tuesday to Saturday on the green market and specialty market fresh produce of all kinds.
