Since this is a rehabilitation clinic for cancer patients, especially children with cancer and their families, it is appropriate not to treat the site as a normal tourist destination. Please approach this place with a certain amount of respect and with the awareness that the patients are suffering from immunosuppression and a life-shortening illness.

Bad Oexen's large spa park is part of the rehabilitation clinic and can be visited free of charge (except for the playground, which is reserved for young patients). With the winding paths and the trees, the Kurpark is very well suited for leisurely walks. Again and again you will find smaller themed gardens and fountains on your way. Often you can also see some horses on the large paddocks. A special feature are all the loungers that are distributed on the green areas of the spa park. Perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
