Bear Pond is just off of Pear Pond Road, on private land but open to the public and hikers. Bear Pond's intake of water comes from Bear Brook, where water drains from the slopes of Lead Mountain and the Bear Brook Watershed. Bear Pond drains into the Little Narraguagus River on its west side.
