This partially reconstructed Roman farmhouse, with a hot and cold bath and a latrine, was originally built between the 2nd and 5th centuries AD. In addition to its convenient location, the beautiful setting with sweeping views across the Moselle River is said to have been a decisive factor in the site's selection. Finds of gold glasses and silver spoons, as well as a mosaic floor, testify to the high standard of living.

Tours of the villa are available from April to October on Sundays at 11:30 a.m. or by appointment.
