Right next to Reutersbrunn at the edge of the forest is the Wildkatzenpfad and the Reutersbrunner campsite.
The route is well signposted from Reutersbrunn.

Campground Reutersbrunn

The youth campground is located southwest of the Ebern district of Reutersbrunn in the middle of the forest, near the wildcat adventure trail that opened in 2019. The campsite is equipped with a log cabin with toilets, washing facility, lounge, kitchen with gas connection and 2 small adjoining rooms as well as a play area, a fireplace and rubbish bins.
It offers space for approx. 100 people.

On the trail of the wildcat... Forest visitors can find out more about the shy animal and its habitat at ten child-friendly stations. The carved tomcat "Eberhard" leads visitors about 2 km through the forest. More information can be found here:
