The Einhausen fortified church is well worth seeing. The tower and its top are made of brick, which is rather unusual in Germany. A gate building gives access to the church and cemetery.

In contrast to other fortified churches or fortified churches in Franconia and Thuringia, there was originally only one weir in Einhausen for the protection of the villagers. Only in the 14th century, the plant was expanded into a church. Particularly noteworthy is the pointed church tower, whose roof is not covered with tiles, but was completely made of natural stone.
