Big Horn Canyon Trail is a less popular trail than some in the area, meaning hikers may have it to themselves on their hike. The first half mile can be tricky to navigate but once you get into the riverbed/canyon, it gets easier to follow. Views of canyon walls and red rock formations make this hike a fun one. Most hikers turn around at Big Horn Viewpoint, which is at the end of this highlight. Make sure to pack enough water.
