The former agricultural courthouse, located at the foot of the city, dates back to the sixteenth century and, after a careful restoration in the 1990s, has become the heart of the city's cultural offering. Here you will find the "E. Turri" municipal hall, the "G. Polanschi" municipal library and the Arena Torcolo Theatre, a large open-air theatre where theatre, music and dance performances are organised in the summer. In addition, the courthouse currently houses the headquarters of the ProLoco San Michele, the headquarters of the Consortium for the Protection of DOP Garda Oil, the headquarters of the Friends of the Cavaionese Theatre, the wine shop and a room in the basement, the Volto hall.
