Kiosk, the foundations of which date from the 19th century and the current superstructure from 1949. The kiosk burned down in 1942, and the thatched roof and woodwork were lost. The brick part remained standing, but postmaster sculptor Hendrik Frederickx managed to rebuild the kiosk in reinforced concrete after the Second World War. Until 1951 partly surrounded by trees.

The aforementioned self-taught artist Hendrik Frederickx created the six winged allegorical figures and the six shields, with portraits in relief and names of leading composers from all times, attached to the columns, namely the statues: Pegasus, running above the sun and the clouds; an eagle, holding a heron in its claws; a dragon, hitting its claw on the head of a witch; a swan with water flowers; the devil with the snake and a sphinx with the coat of arms of Peer. The corresponding shields: Saint Cecilia, playing an organ; Peter Benoit, symbol for Flanders; Beethoven, for all of humanity; Verdi, for Italy; Gounod, for France and Orpheus, for Greek Antiquity.
