The Drüsensee is a forest lake in the Lauenburg Lake District in southeastern Schleswig-Holstein. The lake gets its distinctive name from the Drüsen estate located to the northeast.

The lake is located about four kilometers south of the town of Mölln, but belongs to the municipality of Lehmrade in the Gudow-Sterley district, in the Herzogtum Lauenburg district. To the north, it borders the Hellbachtal valley, located south of Mölln, and is also the first lake in the Mölln chain of lakes.

The Drüsensee is about 2 km long, up to 450 m wide, and has an area of 73 hectares.
The mean lake level is 14 m above sea level. It is only 8 m deep and, in some peripheral areas, exhibits silting, evident in the reed beds near the shore. It is fed by the Hellbach stream, which rises near the town of Gudow.
In the middle of the lake is a small, uninhabited island, Bismarck Island.

The lake is a nature reserve and is located within the Lauenburg Lakes Nature Park. Recreational boating is not permitted. However, the lake, which is largely surrounded by forests, is a popular recreational area for hikers, joggers, bikers, anglers, and horseback riders. A restaurant, a campsite, and a riding stable are located on the northern shore.
