Ramona Grasslands County Preserve, located in Santa Maria Valley, is a 3,521-acre space dedicated to preserving natural beauty and resources. It supports delicate ecosystems, including grasslands, wetlands, coastal sage scrub, and oak forests, along with lots of interesting wildlife.
There is a nice trail system here that is open for hiking, biking, or horseback riding from 8 a.m. to sunset, daily.
