The Tours Guillaume, also known as Porte Jeanne d'Arc or Porte du Haut, is a city gate in the city of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, part of the French department of Somme.
The city gate consists of two heavy round towers, between which there is a gate entrance. The towers date from the 11th century and already existed when William the Conqueror had to moor in this place with his fleet in 1066 before sailing to England. In 1430, Joan of Arc, already captured by the English, passed through this gate. The current gate entrance was only built in 1785.
The towers have served as a watchtower and as a prison. The drawbridge was demolished in 1614 and the defenses that once extended in front of the gate no longer exist.

Called "Porte de Haut" or "Porte Jeanne d'Arc" in memory of its passage in December 1430, it is one of the oldest vestiges of the City. The towers, dated from the 11th century, already exist during the forced stopover of the fleet of William of Normandy in 1066. The whole consisted of two massive round towers, with consoles and battlements, two main buildings with a floor underground passageways that served as guardhouses and prisons, a drawbridge that disappeared in 1614, and advanced defense works that no longer exist today. The ogival arcade was built in 1785 and a curtain wall still remains. On the walls grows in summer a pink carnation called "the carnation of the crusades".
