It is the oldest public garden in the city, which was once part of the abbey. The Hôtel-de-Ville garden was created at the beginning of the 19th century, on part of the former gardens of the Saint-Ouen abbey. It is a peaceful green space, with a large lawn, trees, flowers and benches. Inside, you can admire the architecture of the town hall and the abbey church.
