This large lake in the Champorcher valley is located on a plateau with the Madonna delle Nevi sanctuary and the Miserin refuge nearby. It can be easily reached from the Dondena car park.

The beauty of the place amply justifies a visit, done by e-mtb, the road is a bit ugly in the last stretch after the Dondena refuge, perhaps depending on the degree of personal technique some passages with push bikes are necessary but overall it's all doable.
