The former Wardyń railway station was established in 1895 with the construction of the line from Kalisz Pomorski to Choszczno. In 1996, passenger traffic was closed, and three years later, freight traffic as well. The former station buildings were adapted for residential purposes, but the remains of the tracks and platform are still visible.
