Disc golf is about playing through an obstacle course with as few throws of a throwing disc (quasi Frisbee) as possible.

The game always continues from where the disc was last left behind. All shot attempts that a player needs per lane are added up at the end of a round. The winner is whoever has the lowest total number of throws at the end.

The game is played with different types of discs, each type has a different flight characteristic.
