Wettolsheim town centre exudes the tranquil charm of a typical Alsatian wine village, with narrow streets, colourful half-timbered houses and an atmosphere of understated elegance. At its heart is the Église Saint-Remi, an 18th-century Baroque parish church with a slender bell tower, a richly decorated interior and a magnificent organ. In the nearby Rue du Château you will discover a serene replica of the Grotto of Lourdes, built in 1960, which is a popular place for contemplation. The centre is compact but lively, with small wineries, local producers and inviting squares where you can get a taste of the authentic Alsatian way of life.

The municipality of Wettolsheim is located on the eastern edge of the Vosges, just five kilometers south-west of Colmar city centre. The municipal area stretches from the banks of the Lauch in the east over extensive vineyards to the wooded heights of the Vosges in the west and is part of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park.
