... in the "Green Paradise" by Walter Kapron and Manfred Genseburg.
We, Walter Kapron and Manfred Genseburg, have been cultivating our garden, which is so unique for this region, since 1982.
We have fulfilled our dream of our own "green paradise" on around 30,000 square meters.
In 1982 we acquired a farmstead with an old orchard and a natural pond. We wanted to create something special in our region, and over the years we have given the garden the character of a park.
We have acquired the necessary knowledge through self-study and through exchanges with like-minded people. Because many of the rare plants only grow and thrive with expert care.
With these plants, the interest of friends and acquaintances to look at the garden grew. For us two Christiansbergers, this resulted in the decision to make our own garden accessible to the public all year round.
Thanks to this benevolent decision, this private garden has established itself as a popular and unusual destination in the Uecker-Randow region (Vorpommern-Greifswald district).
