    I recommend this portion on the way up, as it is very steep and you will need your hands as well many time. However, they have put some ropes where hands are needed, I believe that can comfort the hikers not feeling safe (but frankly the ropes are not really needed) - the trail is not exposed. The views are breathtaking along this vertical crest so take the time to stop and look on your back. And bit by not, the summit is showing up on the right, and on the top of the sub-summit you can really discover the 360 view (that you cannot enjoy in one sight from the main summit). So take your time, and enjoy. (Maybe avoid this portion under rain or if really wet, at least on the way down, the rocks are polished calcaire and with this brown terra it will be very slippery all along.)
