Malmedy is a city that loves music. Proof that music has always had a special place in Malmedy are the bandstands on the city's three squares: Place de Rome, Place Saint-Géréon and Place du Pont-Neuf.
The special thing about the pavilion on the Place de Rome is probably the imitation of nature. The branches and twigs appear to be growing out of the concrete as if the pavilion was created naturally.
