The Prince-Bishop had the historic Leucherhof Bridge built in 1710, as a stone tablet on the middle pillar reveals. The bridge was restored in 1979-1980 and is a listed building and a particularly beautiful photo opportunity.

Leucherhof

In the middle of the building evidence lies the small district of Leucherhof, which was mentioned in a directory by the Counts of Truhendingen in 1396 as Halbhof, the "Lewgerhof" in the Lewgerau. In the hereditary homage act of 1750, the famous Bamberg builder and court councilor Johann Georg Dientzenhofer is even named as the owner of the farm. Dientzenhofer. who was court architect under the Bamberg Prince-Bishop Lothar Franz von Schönborn from 1711 until his death in 1726, was no longer alive in 1750; he had probably left the estate to his family.
