    Odeceixe is a small town known for its narrow, winding streets dotted with whitewashed houses and red tiled roofs. The moinho de Odeceixe which stands at the top of the village is one of the icons of its architecture.

    At the foot of Odeceixe flows the Seixe around which crops abound. Far from the arid cultures of the heart of the land, this green setting looks like a little piece of paradise.

                        A pretty little town with winding streets and small white houses. There are several restaurants, a few small shops, a church, and a mill at the top of the hill. Unfortunately, it was closed today, in mid-May.
