This trailhead is used for both the Centennial and Kekekabic Trails. It is located off of Gunflint Trail, also known as County Road 12. There is ample car parking available at the site.
You will find an interpretive sign for the Centennial Trail at the trailhead, giving information about the history of the area and the trail. You will also find a permit box located just at the start of the trail. BWCAW permits are necessary for day and overnight camping in the BWCAW area.
