            The forest path around the Schierensee is simply great for hiking. Curved trails lead all the way around. In a few places it is a bit muddy. Branches have been laid down there to make it easier to get through.

                  Due to massive tree felling in the winter of 2019/2020, this once so beautiful section is unfortunately crossed by deep back alleys of the machines. The forest is full of the remains of felled beech trees and some branches (trees) lie over the former path on the water. You have to walk zigzag through the forest to get there.
