One of the most beautiful and for many people THE most beautiful beach on Fuerteventura. Due to the strong current, you should avoid going into the water here, although people do it from time to time. However, feet are ok. It can get very hot here, but also very windy. If the wind is strong, it is advisable to walk a bit towards the El Islote peninsula, because here you are more protected from the wind by the mountains. Cofete beach can be reached by hiking over the Jandia massif, by car or bicycle (very narrow roads) or twice a day (10 a.m. and 2 p.m.) with a small all-terrain bus from Morro Jable. There is a small restaurant in Cofete.

You should definitely see it. A real dream beach. Despite the unpaved road, it is still passable with a normal car.
